Credit Union Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a growing $2.8B credit union in the search for a Card Service Operations Manager. This leadership role is responsible for delivering service excellence through oversight of daily debit and credit card operations, operational processes, portfolio management, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Card Service Operations Manager will lead and support the Card Services Operations team while ensuring a high level of service for members and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations for the credit union's Debit Card and Credit Card portfolios supporting more than 125,000 members. Lead and support the Card Service Operations team through coaching, delegation, problem-solving support, and escalation management. Ensure operational processes consistently meet established service level expectations and member service standards. Promote a positive, collaborative, and service-focused team culture. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and support employee development and performance management initiatives. Partner with vendors to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex processing issues with minimal member impact. Coordinate implementation of new card-related functionality and support ongoing enhancement of card products and services. Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives within card operations. Collaborate cross-functionally with branch and call center teams to ensure seamless service delivery and communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of professional experience within financial services. 3+ years of leadership and team management experience. Knowledge of debit card and credit card operations preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and team-building skills.
