This position is responsible for managing staff, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in both quick service and fine dining environments. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. Train, develop, and supervise staff to enhance performance and ensure adherence to food safety protocols. Implement effective cash handling procedures and manage POS systems. Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with company standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to health regulations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in restaurant management or food service management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and culinary practices. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to train and develop staff in various areas including cooking, serving, and kitchen management. Ability to be on the floor, on your feet all day. Familiarity with quick service & fast food restaurant operations. Proficient in cash handling procedures and operation of POS systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
