The Dealer Parts Operations Manager will be a SE Michigan based employee working out of Building 2 (minimum of four days a week) responsible for developing and maintaining Retail Inventory Management (RIM) and Dealer to Dealer (D2D) programs. The Dealer Parts Operations Manager is the Strategic Owner of Ford's Interconnected Inventory and Logistics ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring that the right parts are on the shelf and moveable across the dealer network with sub-day velocity. This role will own the lifecycle of inventory management (RIM) and the technological platforms that facilitate dealer-to-dealer (D2D) fulfillment. There is an expectation to proactively identify friction points in the network and bring data-backed innovations to leadership that drive incremental volume and sub-day velocity.
