Duties Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities Coordinate purchasing, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to enhance store performance Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions, and performance evaluations Handle payroll processing, cash handling, bookkeeping, and POS (Point of Sale) system management Implement effective marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervisory responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and team management Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Extensive experience with retail math, budgeting, sales management, and retail sales strategies Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams and foster positive customer interactions Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred; familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping practices, inventory control, pricing strategies, and marketing fundamentals Join us as an Operations Manager to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
