This position is essential in creating a positive first impression for our guests and maintaining smooth hotel operations during evening and overnight hours. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact. Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls appropriately. Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Maintain accurate records of reservations, room assignments, and guest requests. Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly. Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all guest interactions reflect the highest level of hospitality. Support guest relations by offering personalized service, including multilingual assistance when needed. Ensure the front desk area remains organized, welcoming, and compliant with safety protocols during your shift. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in multiple languages is highly desirable; bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Experience working during evening or overnight shifts in a resort or hotel environment is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of hospitality standards including guest services, phone etiquette, and resort operations will support your success.
