DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS CAMP
Landscape Management CAMP Landscape Management is a growing commercial landscape company built on integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service. We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day operations, develop leaders, improve systems, and drive company performance as we continue to grow. Position Summary CAMP Landscape Management is seeking a high-capacity Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day execution of a growing commercial landscape company. This role is responsible for transforming company vision into operational results by building teams, driving accountability, improving systems, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate is a proven operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building structure from growth, and can lead field operations, production, customer service, and administrative functions through a team of managers. This position serves as the primary operational leader of the company and reports directly to the Owner. Responsibilities Lead all operational departments including maintenance, enhancements, construction, plant health care, snow operations, fleet, and facilities. Develop and manage department managers and supervisors. Establish and monitor company KPIs and accountability systems. Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Build and manage operating budgets and labor targets. Drive process improvement and technology adoption. Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee retention efforts. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations. Resolve escalated customer concerns and maintain service quality. Create scalable systems that support future growth. Qualifications 5+ years of operational leadership experience. Experience managing multiple departments, teams, or managers. Strong financial, budgeting, and business management skills. Proven ability to improve systems and operational performance. Experience leading teams of 20+ employees. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Commercial landscaping experience. Snow and ice management experience. Construction, enhancement, or plant health care experience. Experience with EOS or similar accountability systems. Experience scaling a growing service-based business.
