Front Desk Lead

Creative Dining Services is seeking a full time Front Desk Lead for the Haworth Hotel on the campus of Hope College, in Holland, Michigan. The Haworth Hotel, a 48 room boutique hotel, is located at the heart of Hollands historic downtown district and Hope Colleges lively campus, welcoming people worldwide for conferences, vacation stays, meetings and more.

The ideal candidate will pride themselves on excelling in a leadership position while providing great customer, organization, multi-tasking, and have a desire to provide our guests with an exceptional experience throughout their stay.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and instruction; keep management apprised of overall operationsRefer and provide information to higher level manager/supervisor regarding issues or concerns; and perform other duties as assignedNavigates POS systemCounts cash and reconciles credit card paymentsActs as concierge for all hotel and conference guestsAnswers phone to take registrations, cancellations, and provide general informationPerforms general administrative tasks
