Full Job Description District Manager Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring the overall success of the district. This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, strategic planning, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Duties:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet district targets
  • Provide leadership and guidance to store managers within the district
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, profit loss, and key performance indicators
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development efforts
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to store managers
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a District Manager in the wireless phone industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
