Field Operations Manager

S&K Building Services is growing - and we're looking for a driven, hands-on leader to step in as our next Operations Manager. In this role, you won't just manage operations-you'll own them. From dispatch to quality control, training to safety, you'll be the driving force behind how work gets done and how teams succeed. What You'll Do Lead daily field operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and job coordination Keep safety at the forefront-conduct site visits and enforce company standards Train, coach, and develop technicians to perform at their best Drive accountability and performance across your team Ensure top-tier quality on every job, every time Manage inventory, equipment, and shop organization Track job progress, handle reschedules, and keep communication flowing Review completed work to ensure accuracy and readiness for invoicing Support strong customer relationships through consistent execution and service Jump into the field when needed to support the team and get the job done Who Wins in This Role You're a leader who leads from the front. You bring:
