Culinary Experience Manager A growing hospitality-focused business in the Greater Lansing area is seeking an experienced and energetic leader to oversee culinary programming, team development, and guest experience operations. This role combines leadership, organization, hospitality, and instruction in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment. The ideal candidate is confident leading teams, managing operations, and creating polished, memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Lead and support daily culinary and guest experience operations Coach, support, and help develop team members Work closely with ownership and management on operations, scheduling, organization, and growth initiatives Assist with ordering, inventory management, and maintaining operational standards Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment Help ensure consistency, efficiency, and high hospitality standards across all experiences Qualifications Leadership or management experience in hospitality, culinary, events, education, or related industries Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable leading groups and managing multiple moving parts simultaneously Professional, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset Passion for hospitality, food, guest experience, and team development Availability for evenings and weekends What We Offer Creative and collaborative work environment Leadership and growth opportunities Flexible scheduling Employee benefits and discounts

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
