Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by overseeing operational functions related to providing title services to customers. Job Responsibilities Manages and leads teams who perform a wide range of duties related to title operations, provide support to branches to clear title, and focuses on customers Partners with and acts as a liaison between groups such as Examining and Underwriting to ensure that compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met Provides leadership and direction through senior managers or managers Is accountable for the performance and results of a major part of the organization Develops and executes strategy to achieve key business objectives Decisions are guided by Stewart and business unit strategy and objectives Applies in-depth knowledge of own function or major operational segment as well as business expertise to differentiate Stewart from the competition Impacts results of a business unit, major market or enterprise-wide function Evaluates key business challenges; directs the development of new or innovative solutions Shapes the opinions of, and negotiates with, senior leaders; establishes collaborative relationships across the business and with external organizations Leads a major part of the organization (function or significant market within a business unit, or an enterprise-wide sub-function); develops and executes long-term strategy to achieve key business objectives Education Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred Experience Typically requires 10+ years of related work experience Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Stewart is committed to ensuring that its online application process provides an equal employment opportunity to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities.
