  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Site Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our facility.
This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality across all areas of the site. As a Site Manager, you will coordinate a team of custodial and hospitality staff, manage cleaning and janitorial services, and uphold exceptional standards in hospitality and housekeeping management. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a positive work environment, and ensure client satisfaction through effective supervision and management.
Pay:
$24 to $25 Monday through Friday Paid Weekly Management Exp Required!! Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate cleaning, janitorial, laundry, and custodial activities to maintain a pristine environment. Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping and custodial staff, providing clear direction and support to ensure high performance. Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet operational deadlines efficiently. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety standards, and hospitality protocols. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, laundry products, and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain smooth operations. Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, customer service standards, and hotel or hospitality industry best practices. Address guest or client concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering positive relationships. Experience Proven supervising experience in cleaning, custodial services, or hospitality environments. Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Extensive janitorial experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques. Background in hotel or hospitality management is highly desirable. Experience overseeing laundry operations within a commercial or hospitality setting. Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to custodial work and hospitality environments.
