This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring our clinicians and patients have timely access to the equipment and supplies they need, while maintaining compliance, cost efficiency, and strong vendor relationships. If you have experience in home health, DME coordination, or supply chain management and are looking to step into a leadership role with real impact, we'd love to speak with you.
What You'll Do:
Oversee all DME operations across multiple states Manage ordering, tracking, and distribution of medical supplies for all offices nationwide Coordinate with clinicians, office staff, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup Maintain and build relationships with DME and supply vendors Ensure compliance with Medicare, insurance, and regulatory guidelines Monitor inventory levels and implement systems to prevent shortages or delays Review costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or supply issues in real-time Develop and standardize processes across all locationsWhat We're Looking For:
Experience in DME, home health, or medical supply coordination (required) Strong understanding of Medicare guidelines and documentation for DME Experience working across multiple locations or regions Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with both clinical and administrative teamsWhy Join Us:
