Assign daily routes, schedules, and job tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity. Model professionalism, accountability, and leadership on every job site Quality Assurance Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations. Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to improve results and customer satisfaction. Document issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary Equipment Maintenance & Inventory Oversee daily operation and care of battery-powered commercial lawn equipment.
