Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. Lead and supervise cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing best practices. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure resource allocation aligns with organizational priorities. Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational or procedural shifts. Cultivate strong relationships with business development teams to identify growth opportunities and expand market presence. Identify staffing needs across all locations and proactively recruit top talent, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and leading the full hiring process in alignment with organizational goals Requirements Proven experience in operations management with a track record of leading senior leadership teams. Strong expertise in strategic planning, project management, and process optimization. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecast financial needs, and oversee program management effectively. Supervising experience with a focus on developing talent and fostering leadership within teams. Excellent communication skills Knowledge of change management principles and techniques for driving organizational transformation. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; advanced degree preferred.
