PLANT OPERATIONS MANAGER

$100K-$130K The Plant Operations Manager owns the site—end to end. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering flawless execution across safety, quality, delivery, and cost in a 24/7 automotive environment. You are accountable for results. Period. What You Own Execution Run all day-to-day operations: warehousing, sequencing, material flow, shipping/receiving Deliver 100% on-time, in-sequence performance—no excuses Drive labor efficiency, throughput, and overall plant performance Safety Build and enforce a zero-incident culture No shortcuts—full compliance at all times Own incidents, investigations, and corrective actions Quality Zero defects. Zero misses. Ensure sequencing accuracy and adherence to all customer requirements Implement error-proofing and eliminate repeat issues People Lead from the floor, not the office Build strong supervisors and hold the team accountable Drive performance, discipline, and engagement across all shifts Financial Control Own labor, cost, and productivity Eliminate waste and improve margins Maintain tight inventory control—no surprises Customer Be the face of the operation to the customer Handle issues in real time—no escalation surprises Build trust through consistent execution What It Takes 7+ years leading operations in automotive logistics, warehousing, or sequencing Deep understanding of JIT/JIS and high-volume production environments Proven ability to lead in a 24/7, fast-paced operation Strong operational and financial discipline Experience with WMS/ERP systems Leadership Expectations You take ownership—no passing problems You move fast and make decisions You lead from the front and set the standard You hold people accountable and develop your team You deliver results under pressure Benefits 401(k) with company match Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance #IND456

Experience:
