100,000-115,000 The FP&A Operations Manager Opportunity We are partnering with a client that is scaling revenue and professionalizing its finance organization. This is a newly created FP&A role with high visibility to executive leadership and ownership. This individual will build the FP&A function from the ground up, owning forecasting, margin analytics, boardlevel reporting, and operational finance support. The role is highly handson and embedded with operations; regular plantfloor engagement is expected. This is not a maintenance role. The right candidate is energized by building structure, models, and reporting where little formal FP&A infrastructure exists today. Key Responsibilities for FP&A Operations Manager Own and maintain a 13week rolling P&L forecast, refreshed weekly and used for cash management and lender/sponsor reporting Build and maintain customerlevel P&Ls and SKUlevel margin realization analysis, with defensible allocation methodologies Provide pricing and quote support, including margin floor enforcement and cost buildups for new commercial opportunities Lead monthly P&L variance analysis and commentary for executive and board reporting (drivers, not deltas) Design and run a bottomup annual budget process, including multiple scenarios (base, upside, downside) Partner with Operations on capacity utilization, manufacturing efficiency, and capital investment modeling Serve as a thought partner to the Controller, ensuring clean handoff from close to forecast and forwardlooking insights Produce sponsorready analysis that stands on its own without heavy translation from leadership Qualifications FP&A Operations Manager 5-8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or operational finance within a manufacturing environment Strong preference for experience in contract manufacturing, comanufacturing, private label, or B2B industrial manufacturing Demonstrated success building driverbased forecasts and financial models from scratch Handson knowledge of standard costing, manufacturing variances, BOMs, labor/overhead absorption, yield, and throughput Experience working in or supporting a privateequitybacked business strongly preferred ERP experience required (NetSuite strongly preferred); plantfloor data systems a plus Advanced Excel required; Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or Python are pluses #
