Job Type:
Full-time Reports to: Tasting Room Manager What you'll do: You'll coordinate the daily operations of our tasting room while managing all aspects of our wine club through Commerce7. This includes opening and closing responsibilities throughout the week. You'll be the primary point of contact for current and prospective wine club members, building relationships that grow and retain our membership. This role blends front of house guest service with back end program administration, so strong organization and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment are essential.Benefits:

8 hour shifts Day and evening shifts Weekend availability required What we're looking for: High school diploma required, associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality preferred 1 to 3 years of customer service or hospitality experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable handling difficult guest interactions with professionalism Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry Ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays One thing to flag: you still have "1 to 3 years of supervisory experience" in the qualifications. If you've genuinely stripped the leadership component out of this role, that line doesn't match anymore and could confuse candidates about what they're signing up for. If supervisory experience is still useful background even without a formal leadership title, leave it. If not, that should probably go too.Job Type:
