Regional Director of Operations

Vitality Healthcare Management is seeking a results-driven Regional Director of Operations to lead and oversee multiple senior living communities. This role is ideal for a leader who is competitive, decisive, and execution-focused—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the front, and holds teams accountable to high standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee operations across multiple communities, including Assisted Living (AL), and Skilled Nursing (SNF).
