Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate daily lawn care operations Manage and support lawn care teams to ensure timely and quality service Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials Maintain high standards of safety and customer satisfaction Communicate effectively with team members and clients Qualifications Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Offered compensation: $55,000/yr - $80,000/yr Experience and License Requirements 2-3 Year's Managing Lawn Care (optional) Driver's License (optional) Service Auto Pilot Knowledge (optional)
