Site Manager II - Duluth, MN Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency - 4.0 Duluth, MN Job Details Part-time $18.87 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Qualifications Older adults Full Job Description Responsible for Senior Site activities and assists with the daily meal service. Food service experience. Regularly lifts 30 lbs., and occasionally more.
Needed Attributes:
Ability to work effectively with volunteers and elderly program participants. Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing in a professional manner. Travel as required. AEOA has a Site Manager II position needed in our Duluth Lincoln Park Senior Center kitchen.
Starting wage:
$18.87/hr. 30hr/wk, M-F 7am-1pm. Part-time benefits package includes generous paid leave, holidays, and a Flexible Benefits Plan. Applications are open until July 10,2026. Manages program policies, including program eligibility, contributions/banking, outreach, and meal reservations. Assists with meal service - site applicable. Recruits, supervises, trains, and evaluates substitutes, volunteers, and staff. Assists with maintaining a clean/sanitary kitchen and dining area. Provides site activities for participants. Maintains documentation of site business. Provides meals on wheels and satellite meal services (site specific). Attends appropriate training functions. Addtional Comments
