Part-Time Area Manager Massage Envy | Multi-Location Support Role Are you an organized, people-focused leader who thrives on multitasking, supporting teams, and keeping operations running smoothly? Massage Envy is looking for a Part-Time Area Manager to support multiple clinic locations and help elevate performance, consistency, and team engagement. This is an ideal role for a strong communicator and problem-solver who loves structure, data, and collaboration—and isn't afraid to jump in where needed.

What You'll Do:

Support and coach clinic managers and leadership teams across multiple locations Ensure operational consistency, policy compliance, and best practices Track and analyze performance metrics using Excel, Google Docs, and reporting tools Assist with scheduling, coverage, call-out tracking, and workflow efficiency Help drive sales, membership growth, and guest satisfaction Partner with leadership on training, onboarding, and accountability Communicate clearly and professionally with managers, teams, and ownership

What We're Looking For:
