What You'll Own Overall leadership and operational performance of the community. Employee engagement, retention, staffing stability, and team development. Resident satisfaction, family satisfaction, and overall community experience. Regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and risk management. Occupancy performance and move-in experience. Budget management, labor oversight, and operational efficiency. New hire onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management. Vendor relationships, building operations, and community presentation. 6790 completion, service planning alignment, and reimbursement oversight. New hires are onboarded effectively and become long-term contributors. Survey readiness becomes part of the culture rather than a reaction to inspections. The community operates efficiently while maintaining exceptional care and service standards. What You'll Be Doing Leading day-to-day assisted living operations while maintaining a visible presence throughout the building. Coaching department leaders and frontline staff to create a culture of accountability and engagement. Monitoring staffing models, scheduling practices, retention efforts, and employee satisfaction trends. Partnering with prospective residents and families to deliver exceptional tours and move-in experiences. Reviewing quality indicators, resident feedback, incident reports, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Managing budgets, labor expenses, and operational resources while maintaining high service standards. Ensuring compliance with assisted living regulations and maintaining continuous survey readiness. Supporting residents, families, and employees through challenges with professionalism and empathy. What We're Looking For Active Minnesota LALD License Required. Experience leading assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or senior living operations. Demonstrated success improving employee retention, resident satisfaction, and overall community performance. Strong knowledge of assisted living regulations, compliance requirements, and survey processes. Financial management experience including labor, budgeting, and operational oversight. Ability to build trust, coach teams, and create accountability without sacrificing culture. Highly organized, operationally minded, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
