Founded in 2014, Scuba Weed Control is a Minnesota-based, DNR-certified company that has helped hundreds of lakeshore owners in Minnesota and Wisconsin achieve weed-free water for over a decade. Unlike companies that rely on harvesters or chemicals, our unique method uses teams of certified scuba divers who remove weeds by the root and dispose of them off-site—where the natural waste is repurposed as compost.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a Job Site Manager to lead lake weed removal and pond maintenance projects throughout the greater Twin Cities Metro. You'll train with and work alongside the Owner, Sales & Operations Manager, and Dive Team Members, and be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives outdoors, can manage a team, and is comfortable working in physical, aquatic environments. You'll lead crews of 2-5 team members, coordinate logistics, and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld on every job.

What You'll Do:

Oversee and lead lake weed removal jobs from setup to completion Supervise, motivate, and support a crew of 2-5 dive team members Collaborate with the Owner and Operations Manager on scheduling, logistics, and equipment Ensure all work meets company safety, quality, and customer service standards Operate trucks, trailers, and watercraft used to access job sites and transport equipment Monitor progress, document work, and communicate clearly with clients when needed Help maintain and manage inventory and equipment at job sites and storage locations

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills Experience leading small teams or managing job sites is preferred High physical fitness level

• able to lift 60+ lbs, haul debris, and work outdoors in various conditions Comfortable working in and around the water Valid driver's license (required) Comfortable driving a company truck and trailer Organized, dependable, and safety-conscious Customer service mindset and a positive attitude Ability to problem-solve and adapt in the field
