About Us Inflight is a comprehensive and dynamic player in the aviation industry through our first-class Fixed-Base Operator (FBO), Flight School, Aircraft Maintenance shop, and Social Club. We're a fast-growing company, we run on EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System), and we are building a Leadership Team that can take this business to the next level. We are seeking a talented and experienced operations leader to join our team and drive our continued success. Summary The Operations Manager owns the day-to-day performance of the entire operation, across the FBO, the Flight School, Aircraft Maintenance, and the Social Club. You will sit on the Leadership Team alongside the Visionary and the Integrator, and be responsible for turning strategy into execution on the ground. You will lead the technical experts who own the craft in each department. This role is strategic execution of process through leadership and management to drive accountability throughout the entire operation. This is a growth seat. You will work closely with the Integrator, who stays hands-on in operations as responsibility transitions to you. As you prove results, your scope and your pay grow with you.
What You'll Do Operational Performance:
Own the day-to-day results across every department, including people, quality, and metrics.
Process Ownership:
Deliver on our Proven Process, and own and continuously improve the core processes that keep each department efficient and scalable.
Strategic Planning:
Work with the Leadership Team to develop and execute plans that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Leadership and Accountability:
Drive accountability through strong leadership and management of your teams, fostering communication and collaboration across departments.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve any operational challenges, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the organization.
Qualifications Leadership Experience:
At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience leading teams, managing people, and holding them accountable (LMA).
Operator Mindset:
Decisive, accountable, and focused on results. You lead through process and people, and you own every outcome.
Driven and Hardworking:
A high-energy worker who is energized by creating something great and has fun doing it.
Process-Minded:
You see inefficiency and you fix it. You bring structure to chaos.
EOS Understanding:
Direct EOS experience is a strong plus. If you do not have it, you must be able to grasp it quickly and conceptually.
