Anytime Fitness is seeking a motivated General Manager to inspire our members and elevate our New Prague, MN club. This exciting role involves driving financial performance, leading sales initiatives, and creatively expanding our fitness franchise.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Achieve membership and personal training sales goals.

Club Performance:

Oversee overall financial performance and creatively drive growth within the fitness franchise.

Personal Training:

Deliver engaging and high-quality Small Group Personal Training sessions for individuals of all fitness levels, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.

Member Engagement:

Regularly communicate with members to keep them informed and involved.

Service Excellence:

Motivate and guide members, providing programming that helps them achieve their fitness goals.

Self-Starter:

Work individually on a daily basis, hold oneself accountable to deadlines and daily job responsibilities.

Community Outreach:

Organize events to enhance community awareness and drive new memberships.

Facility Standards:

Ensure that equipment and cleanliness meet company standards consistently.

Qualifications:

Experience coaching small group personal training sessions Strong communication skills Fun, personable team player with a positive attitude Coachable and eager to learn Ability to instruct clients in Anytime Fitness training techniques Career-oriented mindset Ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
