The primary responsibilities of this position include overall management of all operations above.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Establishes operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety andcomplete and accurate on-time inventories (produced and finished goods), loaded productfor delivery and warehouse operations.2. Establishes manufacturing policies in the areas of Lean Manufacturing techniques,materials usage, shipping and receiving, capacity planning, production scheduling, safetycustomer satisfaction, employee relations and performance measures.3. Directs implementation and execution of manufacturing policies and practices throughoutthe organization.4. Recommends and implements strategic changes in manufacturing and operationsstrategy.5. Builds, develops and manages operations leadership team capable of carrying out neededoperations strategies and improving employee relations.6. Provides leadership to facilitate faster improvements for problem resolution and improveworking relationships.7. Prepares and oversees operations budget for all branches to ensure compliance withorganizational expenditure requirements.8. Works with company management to analyze company operations to pinpoint and pursueopportunities for improvements; maximize efficiencies, cost reductions and enhanceearnings.9. Develops and presents to the General Manager, President or CEO, as the case may be,matters requiring decisions that impact operation functions.10. Oversees all aspects of operations, ensuring compliance with Company, State and Federallaws, policies and regulations.11. Supervises personnel including hiring, coaching, terminating, performance feedback,training, work allocation, and problem resolution.12. Ensures that duties, responsibilities and accountability for all direct reports are defined andunderstood.13. Demonstrates ability to be a self-starter who can work well with people at all levels of theorganization both in and out of the facility.14. Promotes and enforces a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA andcompany policies and procedures with efforts to reduce work-related injuries.15. Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate that maximizes employee moraleand productivity.16. Achieves budgets and operational results that further the financial benefit of the companiesMINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- Possible 5-10 years of experience in the bottling and manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge/experience in Financial Management or Proven track record in themanagement of company operations, finance and quality assurance.
