• 1+ year of management experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate. Interest in Business

What You'll Do Lead by example — working side by side with your team ( We all make subs here!) Deliver outstanding customer service and coach your team to do the same Support management with scheduling, inventory, and ordering Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and operations Help control food and labor costs while driving team performance Foster a positive, team-focused culture and uphold Jersey Mike's values Take full Accountability of daily operations as you grow into leadership Our Training Program

• We set you up for success with hands-on, structured training: Phase 1 (4 weeks): Operations Training w/ Bonus Phase 2 (4 weeks): Management Skills Training w/ Bonus Evaluations & feedback from our leadership team Training Bonuses are awarded after each phase Leadership Path = Shift Leader in Training
