Vending Operations Supervisor

Position Overview:

The Vending Operations Supervisor serves as a key link between Bernick's and our customers, ensuring exceptional service and execution across all touchpoints. This role is responsible for supervising and supporting Vending Account Representatives, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving account retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Member Development:

Train new Account Representatives and drivers according to company standardsConduct regular driver audits at customer accountsCoach and develop team members through onboarding, performance plans, and ongoing feedbackConduct performance reviews, address concerns, and recognize top performers

Customer & Operational Excellence:

Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions and account supportMaintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and satisfactionCoordinate with internal teams on vending machine installations, upgrades, and removalsConduct account inspections and ensure vending standards are metReview route reports and service frequencies to maximize sales and efficiencyEnsure KPIs are met, including labor control, merchandising standards, and cleanliness

Leadership & Supervision:

Communicate new products, planograms, and procedures to the teamLead team meetings and foster strong communication across departmentsManage team schedules, time-off requests, and overtimeOversee inventory control, fleet management, and safety complianceSupport financial performance by analyzing reports and identifying opportunities for improvement
