Duties Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless daily operations across all departments Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability Oversee profit & loss management, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded Supervise staff performance, provide coaching, and promote a positive work environment Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline workflows Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for executive leadership Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that enhance revenue growth and customer engagement Requirements Proven management experience with a strong background in overseeing operations in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and project management Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial accountability Supervising experience with a track record of developing talent and improving team performance Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an eye for detail Join us if you're ready to lead with energy, make impactful decisions, and drive our organization toward continued success.
