As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our workforce on-site and ensuring operational excellence within our client's warehouse environment.

Value-Based Culture Team-Oriented Environment Hands-On Leadership Strong Customer Partnership Warehouse Operations Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage a team of warehouse associates supporting customer operations Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for productivity, quality, and attendance Monitor daily performance and address gaps in real time Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability Oversee inbound, putaway, picking, staging, and loading activities Ensure all work aligns with customer processes and standards Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination with the customer Escalate and resolve operational issues impacting performance Ensure proper receiving, handling, and order fulfillment procedures Support inventory accuracy and report discrepancies Identify and report damaged or missing products Support recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires Manage scheduling, attendance tracking, and payroll submission Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and development Address employee concerns and performance issues professionally Enforce all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Ensure proper use of equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Warehouse Operations Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse experience required 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience required Experience managing teams of 5+ associates 3PL or client-site experience preferred Familiarity with WMS systems and RF scanning Strong leadership and accountability skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Forklift certification or ability to become certified Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical warehouse tasks Must pass a background check and drug screening Are you interested in a position with us?
