Join Blackwell, Inc. as a Lead Lobby Attendant , where you'll be the welcoming face of our properties and a key player in delivering exceptional experiences to residents, guests, and vendors. This role blends concierge-style service with team leadership and operational oversight. You'll supervisor Lobby Attendants, manage daily workflows, and ensure smooth property operations•all while creating a warm, professional environment.
Weekly Work Schedule:
Days of the week: Monday•Friday Start and End Time:
7:00 am•3:00 pm Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Lobby Attendants, ensuring high performance and accountability. Create and manage weekly schedules, approve timesheets, and handle shift coverage. Deliver personalized, high-touch service to residents, guests and vendors. Train new team members through hands-on guidance and onboarding support. Maintain secure access to the property and oversee deliveries. Communicate effectively with property management and internal departments. Stay informed about local services and businesses to assist residents and guests. Uphold privacy, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times. Support the implementation of updated policies and training materials. Conduct regular team inspections and provide coaching as needed. Other job duties assigned as needed.Ideal Candidate Profile Education:
High school diploma orGED Experience:
3+ years in customer service or hospitality 1+ year in a supervisory or concierge role (preferred)Skills & Traits:
