POSITION OVERVIEW

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring the organization runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and productivity Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve organizational goals Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively Improve systems, workflows, and overall business performance

Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with operational software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-7+ years of experience in operations or management roles

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for event materials Capability to stand for extended periods during events Travel to local events and partnership meetings within the greater Farmington area Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
