What You'll Do We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our team and lead the operations across three shifts in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles, working closely with the Management Team to drive initiatives to the plant floor, and maintaining a workplace that adheres to 5S standards. Provide strategic direction and oversight for the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless production across three shifts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, minimize downtime, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Implement and sustain lean manufacturing practices to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of Kaizen, 5 Whys, and value stream mapping. Drive the adoption of cutting-edge automation technologies to enhance production capabilities and improve overall manufacturing performance. Collaborate with the technology team to identify, evaluate, and implement automation solutions that align with business goals. Support the Manufacturing Teams that supervise and schedule the company. Offer direction and make decisions on questions relating to manufacturing. Ensure that the manufacturing process operates within budget. Review/recommend/approve purchase's/AFE's associated with the facility. Monitor scrap/reject data, communicate with staff, and assist in cost control efforts. Directly supervise activities of the Manufacturing Facility and provide direction to the Manufacturing Supervisors on all 3 shifts. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in related field. Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge and practical experience with lean manufacturing, automation technologies, and 5S principles. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment; No special requirements or restrictions.
