This is a strategic leadership role designed for an expert who can balance sophisticated logistics with aggressive financial growth. Newly created position that will be responsible for scaling the company's operational infrastructure while ensuring every corporate and social engagement is executed with precision. The Mission The Director of Operations' primary objective is to own the operational lifecycle of the division. This isn't just manage the status quo; you will refine systems, optimize workflows, and drive the P&L to hit new profitability benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities Operational Architecture:
Audit and enhance current systems to support high-volume scaling and seamless logistics.
Financial Oversight:
Full accountability for the division's P&L, including budget management, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
Strategic Leadership:
Work alongside executive leadership to align operational goals with long-term brand expansion.
Talent Cultivation:
Recruit, mentor, and retain a premier team, fostering a culture of accountability and hospitality excellence.
Quality Control:
Guarantee that brand standards are met across all touchpoints, ensuring an elite guest experience from initial inquiry to final execution. Required Qualifications This is a senior-level position for a veteran of the industry who thrives on complexity and high stakes.
Experience:
A minimum of 6+ years in a senior leadership role specifically within high-volume catering, hospitality, or large-scale event management.
Financial Acumen:
Advanced mastery of P&L management with a documented history of increasing margins and operational efficiency.
Systems Thinker:
Proven success in building or scaling operational frameworks in fast-paced, complex environments.
Leadership Style:
A hospitality-first approach to management, with the ability to lead diverse teams through high-pressure situations.
Communication:
