Tasting Room Lead

The Role:

We're looking for a Guest Experience Lead to oversee the day-to-day flow of our tasting room while delivering exceptional hospitality. This person sets the tone, leads the team, and ensures every guest leaves wanting to come back.

What You'll Do:

Lead and support tasting room staff during daily operations Create a warm, high-energy, and welcoming environment Oversee scheduling and team coordination Ensure top-tier guest experiences from first impression to final pour Assist with events, promotions, and busy weekend service Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the space Act as the go-to person on-site for staff and guest needs

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership presence without needing a "manager" title Hospitality, restaurant, winery, or event experience preferred Outgoing, positive, and guest-focused personality Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability is a must.

Compensation:

Thursdays:

11:30-5:15

Fridays:

11:30-5:15

Saturdays:

10:30-9:30
