Duties Oversee the operations of multiple locations, ensuring they meet company standards for quality, safety, and customer service. Develop and execute strategic plans to boost sales, improve processes, and expand business opportunities within your district. Lead, motivate, and supervise store managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture focused on achievement and continuous improvement. Manage profit and loss statements, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and building strong community relationships. Implement process improvements to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and elevate the customer experience. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs to develop leadership skills across your team. Experience Proven management experience with a track record of supervising teams in a retail or service-oriented environment. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to translate goals into actionable plans that deliver results. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills to inspire teams and build collaborative relationships. Experience managing profit & loss statements, budgets, and financial metrics to ensure business success. Business development expertise with a focus on expanding market presence and increasing sales revenue. Skilled in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple locations or initiatives.
