Dock Manager

Dock Manager - Seafood Operations (Will Train the Right Candidate) We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to manage daily operations at our seafood unloading dock. While experience in seafood or shrimp handling is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This is a hands-on, outdoor position with long-term growth potential in the seafood industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise dock operations and manage unloading of shrimp from vessels Lead and coordinate dock crew to maintain efficient workflow Learn and oversee shrimp grading and count-per-pound sizing (training provided) Operate forklifts and skid steers Ensure accuracy, safety, and organization of dock operations

Qualifications:

Proven leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work outdoors and in variable conditions Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn Preferred (Not Required): Experience in seafood, agriculture, logistics, or similar hands-on industries Equipment operation experience (forklift/skid steer)
