The Role:
Lead by Example We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Front Desk Team Lead to spearhead our reception operations in Billings, MT. This is a full-time, active role where you will be the face of our clinic—working directly at the front desk alongside a small, dedicated team of receptionists. Instead of sitting in a back office, you will lead from the front lines, driving day-to-day patient engagement, mastering our membership sales goals, and ensuring the clinic runs seamlessly. You will work in close partnership with the Lead Doctor to foster a unified, high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities Front-Line Leadership:
Serve as the lead receptionist, providing a warm, energetic welcome to patients while maintaining a smooth daily schedule.
Team Alignment:
Coordinate and lead regular team meetings and training sessions to keep staff aligned on office procedures, customer service standards, and performance goals.
Drive Membership Sales:
Lead by example in presenting and selling our chiropractic wellness memberships, motivating the team to meet and exceed monthly office goals.
Operational Agility:
Maintain a semi-flexible full-time schedule to ensure front desk coverage and operational continuity during peak hours or shift changes.
Doctor-Team Liaison:
Partner closely with the Lead Doctor to keep communication transparent, build a strong team environment, and ensure everyone is moving in the same direction. What We Are Looking For A "doer" who loves interacting with people and thrives in an active, face-to-face team environment. Proven experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or medical front-desk roles with a strong emphasis on sales or membership growth. A natural coach who prefers teaching and working alongside a team rather than just supervising them. Excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and organizational sharpness. Flexibility to adapt schedules to meet the operational needs of the clinic. Experience with chiropractic care is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$52,000 / year (Calculated at a stable hourly rate of $25.00/hr, 40 hours per week).
