Director of Operations

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Director of Operations local to the Charlotte/Greensboro/Burlington/Raleigh, North Carolina markets to lead electric power distribution projects focused primarily on overhead and underground power delivery. This role serves the Greensboro, Charlotte, Burlington, and Raleigh area, with full P&L responsibility and ownership of budgets, schedules, safety, and client satisfaction. The Director of Operations will manage three Operations Managers and safety personnel, supporting day-to-day field operations and addressing client and customer needs. This position requires strong leadership presence, comfort managing experienced teams, and hands-on involvement with day-to-day operations in the field when needed. Candidates should have demonstrative experience within utilities, with a strong background in power distribution and large utility environments.
