Operations Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive strategic initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management, leadership, and business development, with a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead teams effectively while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Duties Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Manage profit and loss statements, analyzing financial performance to identify areas for improvement. Lead and supervise teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to enhance employee performance. Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase sales revenue. Coordinate project management activities, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget constraints. Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline operations and reduce costs. Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork. Qualifications Must have Hilton experience and/or hotel management experience. Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within an operational setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution. Solid understanding of profit & loss management principles. Experience in business development with a focus on sales growth. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
