Weekly Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Weekly Manager to oversee daily operations, staff coordination, and customer experience during weekday hours. Responsibilities Open and close the gym during weekday operations Supervise staff and ensure smooth daily workflow Provide exceptional customer service to families Manage scheduling, front desk operations, and basic reporting Maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies Support programs, open play, and special events. Requirements Leadership or management experience preferred Experience working with children or families (required) Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Passion for inclusion and community engagement.

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
