Job Description Position Summary Provide leadership, direction and administration to aspects of clinic activities to ensure accomplishment of its objectives. Supervise staff and oversee the activities of Clinic Staff and Providers of ECU Health Physicians. Minimum Requirements High School Graduate / GED or higher required Preferred BS in Business Administration. Two or more years' experience in physician practice, hospital, or ambulatory care setting in a supervisory position. Experience in all areas of a medical office practice. Knowledge of health care rules and regulations. Organizational and leadership skills. Pay Range $62,400.00 - $90,948.00 ECU Health About ECU Health Chowan Hospital ECU Health Chowan Hospital in Edenton is a 25-bed critical access hospital which provides programs and services to 110,000 people in 6 counties. The facility offers medical and surgical services, including intensive care, a specialty care clinic and a dedicated outpatient surgery area with endoscopy capabilities. A 7-bed emergency department serves approximately 15,000 patients per year and team members at the facility have access to a telemedicine link with the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.
