Job Description

- As the Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing personnel, clients, clinical quality, and operations for the jails in your region.

- South Central territory includes: TN, KY, VA, NC, SC, and Indianapolis
- Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field. + Master's Degree preferred.Experience:
+ Five plus years of experience in healthcare operations management required, correctional health experience preferred. + Multi-site management experience required.Licenses/Certifications:
+ None required.- Key Responsibilities
- + Mentor, support and evaluate HSAs, ensuring that facilities under management achieve clinical, service, and operating objectives, while maintaining adherence to contract, P&Ps, rules, and regulations.
