Munie Greencare Professionals is hiring a Production Manager to lead commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance operations at Fort Bragg in North Carolina. This is not a coordination role. This is field command. This is a high-visibility leadership seat. You will own daily production, lead multiple crews, serve as the on-site representative within a contracted military housing and infrastructure environment, and work directly with Munie executive leadership to ensure performance meets contract standards — every day. Success in this role is measured by production reliability, safety performance, quality consistency, and professional client representation. Position Summary The Production Manager serves as the on-site operational leader for Munie at Fort Bragg. This position carries full responsibility for daily landscape production, crew leadership, quality control, safety enforcement, and client coordination. The Production Manager is the accountable leader on-site and works in direct alignment with Munie executive leadership to protect contract performance and operational standards. This role is primarily field-based and requires consistent, hands-on leadership presence. Core Responsibilities Lead all on-site commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance operations Develop and execute daily production plans to meet contract timelines and service standards Supervise crew leaders and field employees; set expectations and enforce accountability Conduct routine quality inspections and immediately address deficiencies Serve as the primary day-to-day contact within the contracted base environment Enforce safety policies and provide active field-level oversight Monitor labor hours, productivity, and crew efficiency to ensure operational performance Identify and resolve operational issues in real time Coordinate equipment readiness and communicate maintenance needs Provide clear, consistent operational reporting to Munie leadership Maintain professional conduct appropriate for a secure installation About Munie Greencare Professionals Munie Greencare Professionals is a multi-state commercial landscaping and grounds management company serving industrial, commercial, and contracted installation environments across the United States. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of landscape, grounds, OR field operations leadership experience Experience supervising multiple crews in a commercial landscaping or outdoor production environment is a plus Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability Professional communication skills appropriate for client-facing environments Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
