We're searching for a high‑energy, detail‑oriented, goal-driven, people‑loving Operations Manager to oversee our Tropical Smoothie Cafe located in a busy shopping center. Think of yourself as the captain of a small fleet—except instead of ships, it's blenders, line checks, labor targets, and teams who rely on you to keep everything running smoothly. What You'll Do (a.k.a. Your Daily Smoothie Blend): Lead, coach, and develop your team and shift leaders Ensure the café exceeds operational standards, speed of service goals, and guest satisfaction targets Monitor labor, cost of goods sold, and guest satisfaction scores. Conduct regular store inspections to ensure you are health department ready 100% of the time Hiring, training, and performance management Keep the atmosphere positive and upbeat, the standards high, and the orders flowing Create financial reports weekly and ensure we stay on target with the cafe's goals- Or exceed them!
