Job Summary Assisting the Director of Operations Support, this position provides leadership and direction to Facilities Management, Fleet Management, Materials Management, and Safety division leaders, as well as serving in the organizational functions of Emergency Management Plan coordination, Commercial Property Management, and Occupational Health Services oversight. These areas collectively support the day-to-day operations of the Electric, Gas, and Water Resources enterprises, along with the Commission's administrative and non-operating departments. Job Responsibilities Assisting in providing oversight of the department's strategic planning, budget, major projects, KPIs, and continuous improvement. Managing expectations and empowering division managers to achieve operational excellence and alignment with organizational goals, including safety processes and outcomes. Directing the preparation, justification, and administration of divisional budgets to ensure responsible stewardship of financial resources. Overseeing, directing, and performing emergency management planning and preparedness activities. Develops and maintains comprehensive all-hazards response and recovery plans, coordinates training and exercises, and ensures organizational readiness. Overseeing and directing commercial real estate transactions and property interests, including acquisitions, leases, easements, and dispositions, supporting operational and strategic needs while maintaining compliance. Overseeing and managing the Commission's occupational health services contract to ensure effective delivery of employee medical evaluations, injury management, and fitness-for-duty assessments. Directing program objectives, monitoring contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with applicable safety, health, and regulatory requirements to support workforce well-being and operational readiness. Minimum Requirement Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Over five years of experience Managerial experience Valid Driver's License Your needs extend beyond a simple medical plan.
