This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, maintain quality standards, and achieve organizational goals. Position Responsibilities Operational Oversight Manage day-to-day operations across departments to ensure smooth business functioning. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement operational strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop operations staff to achieve high performance and professional growth. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution to optimize team efficiency. Process Improvement Identify operational inefficiencies and develop solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and process improvements. Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and improve service delivery. Reporting & Analysis Track, analyze, and report on key operational KPIs. Prepare operational reports and recommendations for senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or business management. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and cross-functional initiatives. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related operations/process improvement certifications. Experience with ERP or operations management software. What the
