This role serves as the primary field leadership position responsible for: Production quality Workforce training SOP implementation Workflow consistency Field supervision Quality assurance The position works directly with executive leadership and WHA project personnel to ensure units are completed in accordance with established timelines, workmanship standards, and operational procedures. $34-$37/hour depending on experience https://www.trublueally.com/north-wilmington GMy0bR35n9
