What We're Looking For:

Education High school diploma or GED required Associate degree preferred Some college coursework preferred Experience Minimum of 4 years of hospital Materials Management experience preferred Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead, direct, and instruct others professionally Strong organizational, prioritization, and adaptability skills Good numerical, clerical, and critical thinking abilities Strong decision-making skills Good manual dexterity Supportive, cooperative mindset with a team-first attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment Good hearing and visual acuity

What You'll Do:

Serve as a liaison between Supply Chain Operations and hospital departments to ensure excellent customer service Supervise and direct daily workflow within Materials Management operations Monitor and oversee daily activities including: Par level stocking Supply requisitioning Specialty cart replenishment Case cart preparation Shipping and receiving Off-site deliveries Lead, coach, and support team members in a professional and collaborative manner Organize priorities and adapt to changing operational needs in a fast-paced environment Support department coverage needs, including weekends, holidays, overtime, or on-call responsibilities as needed Perform work that may require prolonged standing, bending, stretching, stooping, pushing, and pulling Work in an environment that may involve repetitive computer and data entry tasks
